The space
The villa is in a quiet residential area, you can park on the street for free, but we have a closed garage for 2 cars.
The property is very private and not overlooked.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be put together for an XL double bed, or separate making it a twin. There is a tv in each bedroom.
We have 2 master bedrooms, the first one with private bathroom and private terrace. In the second master bedroom, you have and ensuite bathroom with bathtube and a sofa bed, ideal for kids. This bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool.
The property is distributed over 3 floors and has an elevator.
The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped, offering dishwasher, oven, microwave, hot plate unit, Nespresso Coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, etc
Aircon, underfloor heating, fireplace, Optical fiber Wi-Fi.
There are 3 full bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. We have a baby cot and high chair available under request.
