As property manager, we take care of the day-to-day realities of owning a second home or investment property on the island. We become your single point of contact, coordinating local suppliers, monitoring the property and making sure everything runs smoothly in your absence.
Some clients simply ask us to be their key holders and to make sure the property is regularly inspected and properly maintained while they are away. We check security, utilities, signs of damp or damage and anything else you are concerned about, and we keep you updated with clear reports and photos when necessary.
Other owners rent long-term to local tenants and rely on us to deal with everyday issues, coordinate maintenance and organise refurbishments when needed. We liaise with tenants, arrange reliable tradespeople and ensure the property remains in good condition.
For holiday rental properties, we are often the main point of contact on the island: greeting holidaymakers on arrival, handing over keys and explaining the property, helping to facilitate and troubleshoot their stay, and taking care of the property once they have left.
Behind the scenes, we also help source tradesmen and materials, and coordinate renovations or upgrades that will improve the guest experience and protect your asset.
